1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings for the Facilitation Masterclass Series and individual masterclass sessions delivered by Up Skill 4 Life LTD.
By purchasing a place, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
2. The Masterclasses
The Facilitation Masterclass Series is a live, online learning experience designed for experienced facilitators.
Your booking may include either:
• A place on the full 4-session series, or
• A place on an individual masterclass session
All sessions:
• Are delivered live and online
• Run for approximately 90 minutes
• Are not recorded
• Include a post-session handout
3. Schedule
The current session dates are:
• 5 May 2026 — Embracing the Chaos
• 12 May 2026 — Building Community and Safety
• 2 June 2026 — Making Learning Stick
• 9 June 2026 — Advanced Online Facilitation
We may make reasonable adjustments to the schedule where necessary. If this happens, you will be informed as soon as possible.
4. Booking and Payment
• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (20%)
• Payment is required in full at the time of booking
• Your place is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Cancellations and Transfers
Customer cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person. You must notify us in advance with the replacement participant’s details.
Cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation period does not apply to time-specific live training events.
6. Changes or Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to:
• Reschedule a session
• Make reasonable changes to session content
• Cancel a session if necessary
If we cancel a session, you will be offered either:
• A full refund, or
• A place on a rescheduled session
7. Participation
This is a small-group, interactive learning environment.
By joining, you agree to:
• Participate in a respectful and constructive way
• Contribute to a safe and inclusive space for others
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials and content shared as part of the masterclasses remain the intellectual property of Up Skill 4 Life LTD.
They are provided for your personal use only and may not be:
• Shared
• Reproduced
• Distributed
• Used for commercial purposes
without prior written permission.
9. Access and Technology
Sessions are delivered online. Access details will be provided after booking.
You are responsible for ensuring you have:
• A reliable internet connection
• Suitable access to the required platform
We cannot be held responsible for technical issues on your side that prevent attendance.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session or programme
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Data Protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with UK data protection law, including UK GDPR.
Your information is used to:
• Process your booking
• Deliver the masterclasses
• Communicate with you about the sessions
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
